Small Group Training

Discover personal training in a small group setting and have fun with other Body U members. Group sessions are 50 minutes long with a max capacity of 10. This is a popular option for those who want to strength train under the guidance of our professional trainers. Check out the class schedule on the app! Your first week is FREE!

Membership Options

Gold Membership: $359/month - 12 sessions/month or 3x/week  

Silver Membership: $249/month – 8 sessions/month or 2x/week

Bronze Membership: $139/month – 4 sessions/month or 1x/week   

Pass Options:

Single Session: $40

Private Training

Meet with your Body University trainer for a challenging 50-minute long session. The exercises will be customized to your specific fitness level and needs. Use the intimate setting to get one on one attention and to work together towards your fitness goals.

Online Training

Get a customized workout routine (for home or gym) created by Francine. You'll receive 12 weeks of online training utilizing the Trainerize app for detailed tracking and communication.

Written workouts change every 4 weeks, and the workout plan will include rep and set range along with video demonstrations. Cardio assignments and calorie/ macro guidance are also included.

Lifestyle Program

Eight Weeks

This self-guided realistic approach to lifestyle dieting will help you learn the basics of eating for your goals. The 8-week option includes detailed nutrition guidance, cardio assignments, a written workout guide for home or gym, and open communication with your program specialists to address any questions you may have along the way.

Competitor Program

Twelve Weeks

A specific program is necessary to achieve competitive physical conditioning. The Body University Competitor Program offers a unique alternative approach to the industry standard. You will receive detailed nutrition guidance, cardio assignments, a written workout guide, weekly in-person check-ins, and a complimentary private posing lesson for your custom routine.

The A-Team

Eight Week Enrollment

Join us for an 8-week course to jump-start your fitness goals. This accountability team is a great way to gain a better understanding of nutrition and fitness all while supporting each other. Here's what's included: nutrition guidance, cardio assignments, workout guide for home or gym, and 1x/ week team workout and topic discussion at the Body University gym. Enrollment opens in January, July, and October.

The Summer Showcase

Your once-a-year chance to commit, level up, and see real body changes. For women ready to train with structure, push consistency, and follow a competitor-style approach without stepping on stage.

What you get:
